The Mud Hens game was postponed due to weather. Toledo will play a doubleheader on Sunday, with the first game beginning at 12:35 p.m.

Tony Plagman hit a two-out, three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to tie the game, and Niuman Romero hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the 10th to complete the comeback win for the SeaWolves, who trailed by five entering the bottom of the seventh. It was not a good day for pitchers, as 17 of the game’s 18 batters in the starting lineups earned a hit. Plagman went 3-for-5 with a double, a home run, four RBIs and a run scored. Brandon Douglas went 1-for-3 with three RBIs. Jared Wesson got the start and was roughed up, giving up eight runs on nine hits and four walks over four innings. The only pitcher on either side who didn’t give up a run was Tyler Stohr, who allowed three walks in two innings, but picked up the win.
High-A Lakeland Flying Tigers

Mark Sorensen gave up five earned runs over five innings and picked up the loss. Clearwater scored three in the first inning and Lakeland never led. Luis Alberto Sanz went 2-for-3 with a walk. Tyler Collins and Luis Castillo each went 0-for-4, but each had an RBI groundout. Tyler White gave up one earned run over two innings out of the bullpen.
Low-A West Michigan Whitecaps

The Whitecaps came from behind to tie the game three times, but couldn’t find No. 4, falling in 12 innings. Trailing 3-1 in the bottom of the eighth, West Michigan scored two runs to tie the game. After Lansing scored once in the top of the 11th, Dean Green tied the game on a sac fly. Lansing scored again in the top of the 12th, but Danry Vasquez grounded into a double play to end the game. Brennan Smith got the start for West Michigan and gave up one unearned run over six innings. Smith gave up four hits and three walks. Tim Kelley pitched the final three innings, giving up two earned runs and picking up the loss. Aaron Westlake went 3-for-6 with a run scored, and Steven Moya went 4-for-6.
